Each check-in follows a clear process. It's not just 'how are you going?' — it's a structured review that produces concrete decisions.
You complete the check-in form with your weekly weight, progress photos, how you felt at the gym, diet adherence and any relevant incidents.
Yesi analyzes your weight trend, photos, your reported performance and data from previous weeks. She compares trends, not just isolated numbers.
Based on the analysis, Yesi decides whether the plan continues as is, if calories are adjusted, if an exercise is modified or if the strategy changes. Every decision has a clear reason.
You receive Yesi's feedback with the concrete adjustments explained. You know exactly what to change, why and what to expect the following week. And you go back to training with an updated plan.
Coaching covers both training and nutrition. Nothing is left out.
Load progression: Are you increasing weights? Hitting the target RIR? If progression stalls, the stimulus gets adjusted.
Exercise feel: If a movement causes discomfort or doesn't feel right, it gets substituted or the execution gets corrected.
Recovery between sessions: Are you arriving rested to each workout? If not, it may signal excessive volume or insufficient nutrition.
Program adherence: If work, travel or other factors prevented you from following the plan, Yesi accounts for that in subsequent adjustments.
Weight trend: The weekly trend is analyzed, not just the day's number. Too-fast loss, too-slow loss or stagnation — each case has its adjustment.
Plan adherence: Are you hitting your macros? Are there foods that are harder to hit? The plan adapts to what you can realistically maintain.
Energy and wellbeing: Fatigue, mood issues or excessive hunger are nutritional signals. Yesi interprets them and acts.

Forged coaching is managed primarily in writing (WhatsApp and check-in forms), which allows more scheduling flexibility for both parties. If the need for a one-off call arises, it can be arranged.
The difference is huge. A static plan doesn't know if you progressed, if you're tired, if an exercise hurts or if your life changed. Coaching continuously adapts the plan to your reality — and that's what produces long-term results.
